You order an audit. We deliver it by the next morning. If we can't find three sourced blind spots, you get every cent back and keep the audit. If you make the top three changes and your new client bookings don't improve in 60 days, we run your next audit free. That's the deal. The details are below.
1. Who we are
Blind Spot is operated by Rubeam Ltd. ("we", "us"). Contact: info@getblindspotcheck.com. These terms apply to the Free Blind Spot Check, the First Choice Audit, extra location audits and Competitor Watch (together, the "Services").
2. What you get
- Free Blind Spot Check. One blind spot for your clinic, with its public source, sent to the email you give us within about 30 minutes of your request. It is free and creates no obligation.
- First Choice Audit. A written report comparing your clinic's public treatment menu, specials, memberships and reviews with those of clinics in your area, plus a ranked action plan and the bonuses listed on the order page at the time of purchase. Delivered to your email by 9:00 AM local time on the day after your order is placed and paid.
- Extra locations. The same audit for each additional clinic location you add, delivered by the same morning.
- Competitor Watch. 30 days included with every audit. If you choose to keep it, it continues at the monthly price shown at checkout, billed monthly from day 31, and you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.
3. How we work
We only use information that is publicly available: clinic websites, business profiles, listings, published offers and public reviews. We do not access your booking system, patient records or accounts, and we never contact your competitors on your behalf. Where a competitor's price is not public, we say so rather than guess.
Our reports are recommendations. You decide what to change. You are responsible for making sure any price, offer, membership or advertising change you make complies with the laws and professional rules that apply to your clinic, including FTC advertising rules and your state medical board's requirements. Nothing in the Services is medical, legal or financial advice.
4. The Three or Free Guarantee
- By morning. If your audit is not in your inbox by 9:00 AM local time the day after your paid order, we refund the full audit price.
- Three blind spots with proof. Every audit names at least three specific things your competitors do that you don't, each with a link or screenshot as its source. If your audit contains fewer than three, email us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full audit price. You keep the audit.
- It works. If you make the top three changes from your action plan within 30 days of delivery, and your new client bookings in the 60 days after those changes are not higher than in the 60 days before, we run a second audit for your clinic at no charge. To claim this, email us within 100 days of delivery with the changes you made (we verify them from your public pages) and your booking counts for both periods.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. The guarantee covers the audit price. It does not cover Competitor Watch fees after the free 30 days, which you can cancel at any time.
5. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. The audit and any extra locations are one-time payments, charged when you order. Competitor Watch, if kept, is billed monthly from day 31 until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
6. Limits
We do our best to be accurate, but public information changes and can be wrong. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the report, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned. Reports are for your clinic's internal use. Please don't resell or publish them.
